Over the past several weeks, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) completed its critique of the MSP program which revealed some interesting figures and facts surrounding MSP compliance. Also, an important court ruling was released out of New Jersey addressing whether or not a state’s collateral source statute bars Medicare from recovering its conditional payments.
